My blog's birthday!
I just realised that it's my blog's birthday this month!!! I have been writing random crap and posting it on the internet for a whole year!!! You can't imagine the underwhelming feeling of satisfaction that accompanies such an "accomplishment". Yay for me.
On another note, I have been looking at innovative ways to supplement my meagre students income so that I can afford to buy all my stuff that I'm going to need for my trip to Vanuatu at the end of the year. This is one clever way to make money... and apparently it works because the guy extended his deadline. His original mission was to get $5000 by 30th June, 2005. It appears he received this amount as he has a new mission and a new deadline, to sell 100,000 copies of his book by 6th November, 2006. I say eat the rabbit! There are some crazy people in this world!

I lvoe the Save Toby site. I think it's such cleaver marketing strategy and the pics of Toby in the stew pot etc are so gosh durn cute.
Of course some of those animal rights activists without a sense of humor protested the site--silly fuckers. As Robin Williams says: Joke 'em if they can't take a fuck. I have no idea what that means but it sounded profound when Williams' said it. LOL
Everything sounds profound when Robin Williams says it... the only person in the world who can make mundane and ridiculous things sound sound even more profound is Billy Connolly. :o)

Don't eat the rabbit, they wouldn't eat you! There are alot of crazy people out there like My Uncle Cledus from Kentucky who looks like Uncle fester, but I wouldn't tell him to go eat a rabbit, because he would, with ketchup!

Happy blog anniversary day! Why are you going to Vanuatu? It seems exotic and fun.
Vanuatu is for a 10 week volunteer project doing health education and stuff like that. I have to fundraise $3800. If anyone wants to give me any spare money they have hanging around please let me know.

When I first read your post, I thought you were going to India... Then I looked up Vanuatu and discovered it was a nation of islands in the S. Pacific. Sounds like a wonderful place to be able to do some good while enjoying some beaches.
