Hi ho Silver, away!!!
I am such a goober!!! For the second time in 24 hours I have wandered out of the house and up the road to the shops, only to realise when I get there that I am still wearing my purple terry cloth slippers!!! This morning I was trying to find Draino to fix my shower drain because it isn't draining properly, and I was standing in the supermarket aisle scouring the shelves when I suddenly caught sight of something purple sticking out from under my jeans. This didn't bother me too much until the penny dropped and I realised that I don't own a pair of purple shoes. :o)I am such a dag! Hehehe.

Hiya Yaeli. I'm back from Michele's, but that's just tonight's excuse: I'd be here on my own otherwise.
As long as your feet were comfy, I say the terry works just fine.
I once went to class in m jammy bottoms. I thought they were sweatpants, and only realized halfway through class - when I actually woke up from my semi-stupor - that I was dressed for bed.
No wonder my prof was looking at me funny. Oh well. I aced the course, so it couldn't have been all bad.
I've been out to eat in my slippers too, so not to worry.

I guess the slippers wanted to get out of the house to go on a field trip! I hope you got that drain working...

I will sound idiotic to admit this, but I once went to a block party only to realize about halfway through it that I had on two very similar, but not quite the same, navy tennis shoes. I scrambled home and am still so embarassed thinking about it! I hope no one noticed--but if they did I know I was the TALK of the bus stop that week!
Found ya through Michele last night!
One of my proudest moments was eating breakfast in my pajamas....at 2PM. Comfort is almost always the first priority--and purple is a great color. Here from Michele's

Cute slippers1
Weekends are Dangerous for these sorts of things. Like stumbling outside in your morning robe only to find you forgot your keys.... wait maybe thats a little too much sharing...
anyways think of it this way you know how ug-boots are in fashion or at least they were you could start a whole new purple slipper trend....
Take care. Nicos
Hello, Michele sent me!
I know how you feel. It is 10:30pm here and I just walked out to the garage for a pop in my pajamas. It wasn't so bad until I realized my neighbors were sitting outside with a group of friends. *Big Red Face*
I almost went to church in my pajamas one time!
Here from Michele's~
No way, Yaeli. I can't believe that you actually wore slippers to the store without realizing it. Oh, girl.
Oh my, this is something I would totally do! Losing my mind all the time. It just means we are busy people! Thanks for stopping by my blog! Oh and happy first year blogging!
LOL! That's hilarious!

What's wrong with going out in slippers...The key is...where your toes happy?
If they were...then good on you!

I love having happy toes!

And at least you had jeans on to go with the shoes. I would have just gone in my PJs, knowingly!
Hey, Personally, I have no problem running out of the house in slippers ;)
Stopping by to say Hello, Michele sent me!!
Good morning, Starshine. At least it's morning in this timezone!
I think you're safe. Guy's are told that the first thing women notice about us is our shoes. BTW: I saw thhe Director's Cut of "Dirty Dancing". Have you seen it. Has out takes and auditions. Saw that on your movie list.
That is TOO funny! Reminds me of all of the times I was traveling in my van with my band and would be wearing a blowup neck pillow to sleep comfortably on the road. When we would stop at a rest stop, someone would wake me from my deep sleep. A few times I would actually make it all the way into the ladies room with the pillow still around my neck! Hell, you know what it's like to be woken up in a car!
He he! Thanks for the giggle. Hope you are having a great weekend!
I could see that happening. It's happened to my dad and lord knows we've all worn a shirt or sweater inside out without noticing a time or two. Makes the room feel more cozy.
:-)

The other link doesn't seem to be working at the moment. It's Pearl at http://www.pagehalffull.com/humanyms
I've been known to wear a pair of flannel, plaid pajams out. Paired with a cream colored fisherman's sweater, and some cute shoes, they're really not that terrible.
visiting you from michele's
